Admit it, the Stanley Cup was awarded on Sunday night an already you're wondering when NHL hockey will be back. Well, now that the Oilers have released their preseason schedule we can tell you exactly how long it'll be until you can watch the Oilers again: 104 days.

As usual the Oilers preseason schedule includes four home games and four road games. The complete preseason schedule is as follows:

Monday, September 26 vs Calgary - Rogers Place 7:00 PM *(split squad)
Monday, September 26 at Calgary - Scotiabank Saddledome 7:00 PM *(split squad)
Wednesday, September 28 at Vancouver - Rogers Arena 8:00 PM
Friday, September 30 at Winnipeg - MTS Centre 6:00 PM
Sunday, October 2 vs Los Angeles at Lumby, BC (Kraft Hockeyville)
Tuesday, October 4 vs Anaheim - Rogers Place 7:00 PM
Thursday, October 6 vs Winnipeg - Rogers Place 7:00 PM
Saturday, October 8 vs Vancouver - Rogers Place 7:00 PM

Last year the preseason buzz surrounded the debut of Connor McDavid. This year the buzz will be about the Oilers new home, Rogers Place. The Oilers will play their first ever game in the new arena against the Flames on September 26 to kick off their preseason schedule and will close out the preseason with three more home games in the new "barn."
