Morning, folks!

As per Friday morning tradition, I’ll keep it brief. I have no idea why the Edmonton Oilers struggle so hard with prospect injuries. I understand (OK, understand is doing some work in this sentence) that the scaphoid bone is a tricky one to heal and can be complicated. What I don’t understand is how, for months, the Oilers were convinced — and therefore convincing us — that it was a thumb issue. Maybe it’s no big deal, but with their history in this domain you can’t help but wonder if they’ve simply screwed up again.

It wouldn’t be the first time.

Technical difficulties meant we’ve had to push back our T25U25 out a day, but it will resume in kind this afternoon and carry on through the weekend. Stay tuned, stay safe, we’ll see you Monday.
