THREE THINGS TO LOOK FOR
- THE BOUCH IS LOOSE: Yes, it’s really, really Evan Bouchard. He’ll get in the lineup for the first time in nine weeks. Will there be any rust from withering on the vine for more than the last two months? We’re about to find out. Fun Oilers Fact: It comes at the expense of Caleb Jones and Ethan Bear in the lineup, so half a surprise is better than none I guess.
- THE REUNION TOUR CONTINUES: Not only do we get a dose of Evan Bouchard, we get a shot of Kyle Turris too. Turris hasn’t played since April 8th, a game against the Senators. He’s in for James Neal tonight.
- THE ROAD TO 100: Connor McDavid needs just nine points over the next six games before a PHWA member from Toronto votes him fourth in the MVP race behind Auston Matthews, Nathan MacKinnon and Drew Doughty. Dare to dream!
Let’s all have fun out there tonight.
