THREE THINGS TO LOOK FOR

CAN YOU TELL ME WHY?: Kris Russell? In for Caleb Jones? I’ll look for it but I won’t understand it. Edmonton could have gotten Tyler Ennis back in the lineup next to Ryan McLeod, or maybe switched around Ryan Nugent-Hopkins with Dominik Kahun, or done absolutely nothing at all, that would have been just fine too.
AVENGE ME: The Oilers laid an egg when these two teams met last time. Edmonton yielded five goals, the club wasn’t able to score any. Can the club...not do that again?
Connor McDavid is cruising with 84 points on the season so far. He’s got sixteen more points to go in nine games. Can he pad his total tonight?
