The Oilers had a terrible game against the Canadiens in Montréal on Tuesday. The best way for them to move on would be to just take it to the Flames tonight. Let’s get it on.

THREE THINGS TO LOOK FOR
- The Flames are going with
David RittichJacob Markstrom in net. Edmonton had had good success againstRittichMarkstrom this year, chasing him the last time he appeared in net against the Oilers on February 20th. scoring seven in his last appearance. Can the Oilers get under his collar early tonight? - Caleb Jones is back in the lineup for the first time since mid-March. He’s on a pair with Ethan Bear. Maybe he gets more than the nine minutes and change he had on March 18th versus the Jets.
- Connor McDavid (and the rest of the Oilers) went without a point in Tuesday’s loss to the Canadiens. McDavid is teamed with Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Jesse Puljujarvi up top tonight, can that line make any noise on the scoresheet?
This is a game the Oilers should win and they should win soundly. Let’s go.
