A bit behind it this morning as I started listening to some podcasts and, before you know it, it’s after 8:00. Minty.
I think they go 7-3-1, not sure who they protect— Woodguy (@Woodguy55) April 14, 2021
Now that the deadline has come and gone and Ken Holland has basically conceded that neither he nor the team is good enough to win this year — and with the Oilers off for a couple days yet — we turn our attention toward the looming expansion draft, in which there is some discussion over the Oilers’ best path forward.
FWIW, I think both Alan and Darcy are right here. I think they should go 4-4-1, but that they will go 7-3-1. For a number of reasons, but primarily because Ken Holland might just be dumb as a post.
He needs to go. He really does. He CANNOT be in charge this summer. He’s going to ruin everything.
