It’s a weird day, April Fool’s, so let’s just get through it together. You might find stories about the Oilers’ Connor McDavid actually getting suspended for his elbow the other night. You might hear of a Taylor Hall trade. Or a Caleb Jones deal. Or, god forbid, Ethan Bear.

Pay these distractions no mind, folks. These are merely ruses to get your goat on this, the most foolish day of the year.

Remember, the serious path forward involves trading Tyson Barrie while he’s still tradeable. Anything else is noise right now. Stay focused.
