The Oilers haven’t played a game in what seems like forever. Tonight they’ll take on the North Division leaders in Toronto. Can the Oilers exact revenge on the club who took three straight earlier this month?

THREE THINGS TO LOOK FOR

  • Edmonton is coming off of a six day layover after having their series against Montréal postponed due to Covid-19. Can a rested Oilers club avoid a rusty start?
  • Last time the Oilers and the Leafs hooked up, three different Leaf goalies defeated the Oilers in three games. Tonight, the Leafs will send Jack Campbell, who has a .958 SV% and a perfect 5-0-0. Can the Oilers give Campbell trouble tonight?
  • Edmonton has the super-line of Leon Draisaitl / Connor McDavid / Jesse Puljujärvi together, which is a good recipe for a multiple point night. Can the Oilers this top line going tonight?

Let’s. Go. Oilers.
