Edmonton is back in action tonight as they host the Predators. The Predators are on a four game win streak after defeating the Flames in OT last night. The Oilers are winners of seven of their first eight. Who will emerge on top tonight?

THREE THINGS TO LOOK FOR
- The Oilers’ power play is clicking along at 46.2%. Normally I’m dismissive of numbers that are stuck in the clouds, as last year’s power play was almost 20 percentage points less. How long can this go on? Do the Oilers have a couple more power play goals in them tonight?
- The Predators emerged victorious in last night’s OT victory over the Flames. The Oilers are coming off an off day. Will Nashville playing their second game in as many nights give the Oilers an advantage?
- The Kraken put Joey Daccord in net on Monday night, the Oilers scored five. Tonight they’ll face Connor Ingram in Nashville’s net, who has one career game to his name. Will the Oilers be able to score early and often, or will Ingram stand on his head?
Oilers are looking for their eighth win in nine games. Let’s get at it.
