THREE THINGS LOOK FOR
- GOALS: Yes, we’re looking for goals. The Oilers haven’t played since Saturday night when they took a 5-2 win over the Flames. The Ducks took the Flames to OT last night and won, they’re playing a backup goaltender, and the Oilers need to score some goals on a team that worked extra last night. Lots of ‘em, six or seven would be good.
- THE FOURTH LINE: Devin Shore gets into the lineup tonight for the first time after a week on IR. He’ll be centre on a line with Brendan Perlini and Kyle Turris. Both Perlini and Turris haven’t played a whole lot so far, let’s see if Tippett gets wild with Shore in there.
- NET WAGE: Mike Smith has had another good start so far. In two games, he’s put up a very nice .953 in two games. Let’s see if he can squeeze out another top effort.
Let’s go get ‘em out there.
