What Was The Best Oilers Goal Of The 2019-20 Season?

With the balance of the 2019-20 season hanging by a thread, which goals were the most memorable?

We’re still holding out hope that a finish to the 2019-20 NHL season can be had.

While we’re waiting, let’s talk about some goals. Sound good?

The Oilers had quite a few of them this year. Led by Leon Draisaitl (he had 43), Connor McDavid (he had 34), and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (he had 22), the Oilers had plenty of goals to marvel over.

Like, this one from Leon Draisaitl.

Overtime winner over the Capitals on a feed from McDavid? Yeah, this one’s pretty good.

Out of all the goals you saw, which one was the best? Maybe it’s this one where Connor McDavid leave Morgan Rielly’s ankles behind him. Maybe it’s this holiday goal where Ryan Nugent-Hopkins emerges from a thicket of Canuck defenders only to bury the pill. Or, maybe it was any one of the four goals that James Neal scored against the Islanders earlier in the season.

Which goal(s) stood out for you this year?. Suggest a favourite in the comment thread. All goal are eligible as long as they’re from the 2019-20 season and they were scored by an Oiler.

We’ll compile the top ones, and we’ll run a little tournament to see which one reigns supreme (so far).

What was the best goal of the season?
