As noted yesterday, NHL players were making tracks to head back to their respective NHL cities yesterday, including some Oilers heading back to Edmonton:

But, as Bob Stauffer remarked, not all of the Oilers’ currently-working players are coming back to Alberta:

No surprises, really. None of the above prospects were even medium-shots to make the big club this season. Speaking of the big club, here are Stauffer’s most recent line projections:

I might even be coming round to the notion that the third line would be the best stylistic fit for a guy like Jesse Puljujarvi, but I will never come round to the idea that Zack Kassian should get time on the top line.
