Oilers Assign Six Players to Bakersfield

Notables include Ostap Safin and Vincent Desharnais; #Oilers training camp roster down to 47 after addition of Anton Burdasov on a PTO.

As per the Oilers official twitter account, six more players have been sent down to their AHL affiliates in Bakersfield:

Vincent Desharnais, Luke Esposito, Jake Kulevich, Ostap Safin, Beau Starrett and Nolan Vesey were given their AHL papers today.

With Anton Burdasov’s PTO, that brings the total camp roster to 47 players: 5 goalies, 14 defenders, and 28 forwards.

And the cosmic ballet goes on.
