Morning, all!

The Oilers blew a lead last night in the third period to a Vancouver Canucks team that included the likes of Brandon Sutter (2 goals) and, much less excitingly, Elias Pettersson.

Judging by the articles following the game (none of them from us, because who really watches in September?!), there were some positives to take from this game, and expectations appeared to be relatively low given Vancouver’s roster contained more NHL experience on the night. Ah well, on to the next!

Our post-game coverage will certainly be better come October, don’t you worry your little head about that!
