Morning, folks!

A busy weekend with lots to get through in advance of tonight’s preseason contest against the Winnipeg Jets.

It’s always a bit of a crapshoot in terms of who you might see dressed in the early stages of preseason, but consider that the rosters don’t get any bigger from here on out, and these games will help the coaching staff separate the wheat from the chaff relatively quickly. After yesterday’s cuts, we’re still looking at over 50 human beings putting on their new alternate practice jerseys at main camp, so there’s a ways to go yet. Wheel it back around later on for our coverage of tonight’s game, including lineup info for both sides.

Obligatory (for you I mean, given that I am actively choosing to include it) Jesse Puljujarvi update: 3-3-6 in 6GP across 2 competitions. Not hurting his stock any, at least. Not bad for a still-young 21 year old.
