THREE THINGS TO LOOK FOR

  • Joseph Gambardella gets promoted to the second line with Alex Chiasson and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. Gambardella has two assists in his last two games. Let’s see what he’s got on the second line.
  • MILESTONES: Leon is five points from 100, McDavid is 2 goals from 40. We could see McDavid hit 40 tonight if all works out. If Leon hits 100 tonight, that’ll be quite the stat-line.
  • Anthony Stolarz will need to play at least 30 minutes in the rest of the games after tonight if the Oilers are to retain his rights as an RFA at the end of the season. Otherwise, he will become a Group VI UFA.

In other words, good luck out there.
