THREE THINGS TO LOOK FOR
- SMITH’S NET GAINS: Mike Smith got the hook in LA after yielding three goals in the first. Coach Tipett is turning back to Smith, looking for a rebound performance. Smith could use a big game.
- SPECIAL TEAMS: The Oilers still lead the league in power play success with a rate well over 30%. Can they solve Vegas’ 4th ranked PK?
- BACK-TO-BACK: Edmonton will take it to Arizona tomorrow for a matchup against the Coyotes, who are also in action tonight. Four points against the Pacific will go far in creating space in the standings.
Let’s. Go. Oilers.
