Well folks, he’s done it again. For the second time already in this young season, Connor McDavid has been named the NHL’s first star of the week after posting a gaudy 3-7-10 in 3GP, including a hat trick and a career-high 6-point night.

Per release:

McDavid (14-26-40, 22GP) trails only teammate Leon Draisaitl (16-27-43, 22GP) in the league’s scoring race, and will look to stay sizzling in San Jose when the Oilers do battle with the Sharks tomorrow night.
