THREE THINGS TO LOOK FOR
- Joel Persson is back, which is a load off the shoulders. Kris Russell is back on the third pair with Matthew Benning, and maybe now someone can hit an outlet pass.
- SECONDS: It’s getting comical. Can the Oilers buy a goal from the bottom lines? Heck, can they buy some goals from the top two lines?
- SMITH: Mike Smith is back in net after a forgettable performance that saw him get hit in the groin, then allow 3 goals in 65 seconds. Can he forge about all that and turn in an A+ performance?
