The Vegas Golden Knights have taken a 2-1 lead over the Winnipeg Jets after their game 3 victory. Jonathan Marchessault had two goals, while Marc-Andre Fleury turned aside 33 of 35 Winnipeg shots en route to a 4-2 victory in Las Vegas.

Jonathan Marchessault kicks things off just thirty-five seconds in the first period.

Brayden McNabb picked up two assists for Vegas, while Mark Scheifele had both of Winnipeg’s goals in the loss. Vegas will try to make it 3-1 on the series as the two teams hook up again on Friday night.

LIGHTNING STRIKING?

The Tampa Bay Lightning will try to even up the series between themselves and the Washington Capitals tonight as both teams hook up for Game 4. The Lightning have made it a series with a game 3 victory, the Capitals will no doubt look to stretch their series lead to 3-1 before heading back to Tampa for game 5. Puck drop is 6 PM MT / 8 Eastern.
