Victor Hedman and Brayden Point also had goals for the Lightning and Tampa Bay emerged with a 4-2 victory in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals over the Washington Capitals.
The Lightning went 2/5 on the power play. The Capitals went 0/3. Lightning goaltender Andrei Vasikevskiy turned aside 36 of 38 shots en route to picking up the win for Tampa Bay.
Game 4 is in Washington on Thursday night.
The Winnipeg Jets and Vegas Golden Knights each have one win in the Western Conference Finals. Game 3 is in Vegas tonight with a 7PM start MT or 9 PM Eastern.
