Good Morning, lets start the week off right.

The Oilers have sent five players back to junior. It’s not a bad thing, none of these players are anywhere near NHL ready at the moment and should look to improve their skills. (Sportsnet)

Lowetide goes hard into examining Peter Chiarelli’s plan for the Oilers. It’s a really long, and really good read. And yes, this is the site that requires payment. (The Athletic)

If you missed the Blue and White game yesterday, Kurt Leavins has you covered. The good news is that a lot of the players you would want to be really good, were in fact, really good. (Edmonton Journal)

This is a big read, it’s even titled as such. I haven’t yet read it, but I intend to when I have a good 15 minutes to do so. It’s about the NHL trying to tap into a Chinese audience. (Sportsnet)

Here’s a free Lowetide, it’s obviously excellent as is anything he produces. In this case, it would be worth a click even if only to read the comments. One of our frequent commenters is there giving some analysis of his/her own. (Lowetide)

That’s it for the links today. The Oilers start their Preseason schedule today with a split squad meeting against the Flames. We will have a Pregame and Recap on the site right here. Comment Below.
