Klefbom To Return For Game 7

After missing game 6, Oilers get much-needed Klefbom back for tomorrow night.

Everyone can breathe a little easier.

Oscar Klefbom looks ready to go for a fairly important game 7 tomorrow night. If you can recall game 6 (I think everyone will recall game 6 for some time now), you’ll recall that Klefbom was out of the lineup with an “undisclosed” injury along with defenceman Andrej Sekera. Sekera will miss tomorrow’s game, but Klefbom is a much-needed additive on a defence corps that saw both Eric Gryba and Griffin Reinhart play in their first postseason action.

Reinhart hadn’t played in a regular season NHL game since April 9th, 2016.

Tomorrow’s final game of the series will take place in Anaheim with an 8 PM start. The Oilers took two games in Anaheim to start the series, but the Ducks roared back to take the next three. Edmonton spit out seven goals en route to a 7-1 victory at home on Sunday night. Both teams play on Wednesday for the right to face Nashville in the Western Conference Finals. Join us for a romp.
