Just 45 seconds in overtime, Jakob Silfverberg scored his seventh goal of the playoffs to seal the deal for Anaheim.  Just seconds prior to Silfverberg's game winner, an icing was waived off as Oscar Klefbom outraced Silfverberg to the puck.  Adam Larsson had a crucial giveaway to Ryan Getzlaf, who served the puck up on a platter for Silfverberg.  Silfverberg rocketed one past Cam Talbot, and it's a new ball game.

There was some cantankerousness in Oil Country after this one.  A controversial goal was allowed while Cam Talbot was interfered with by Corey Perry.  The icing call late in the game.  Perhaps if one of those had changed, the outcome would have?  Likely, but it's back to square one tonight for a crucial game 5 in Anaheim.

That's Ducks forward Ryan Getzlaf on Ducks forward Jakob Silfverberg.

Sports quotes are often filled with non-content and fluff, but Getzlaf is bang on here with Silfverberg.  Silfverberg has five goals and one assist in four games this series versus Edmonton.  It'll do.

If you're going to go, go big.  If you're going to score your first career goal, doing it with less than two minutes in regulation with the goalie pulled is a hell of a way to step into the light.  That's exactly what Drake Caggiula did to make it 3-3 late in the third.

Connor McDavid scored a beauty for the Oilers last game, his second game in a row with a goal and his seventh point (4-3-7) in the playoffs.
