  • The Leafs will be without Auston Matthews, who will not be in the lineup tonight for the Maple Leafs due to an ugly collision with his teammate Morgan Rielly. Josh Leivo will be in the lineup for Matthews.
  • Laurent Brossoit gets the nod for the Oilers again tonight. Brossoit turned aside 22 of 24 shots in last night’s victory over the Canadiens. Another win for Brossoit would be a huge confidence boost for him and the Oilers. Can he do it again tonight?

A win brings the Oilers to within two games of a Bettman .500. Not quite ready to buy in, but 13-15-2 with a two game win streak sure looks a lot better than 11-17-2.;
