Tuesday Morning Hot Links: What’s Going On?

Winnipeg Jets v Edmonton Oilers Photo by Codie McLachlan/Getty Images

Happy Halloween everyone, we’ve got a few dumb things going on.

The Oilers have changed up their lines including splitting Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl on the powerplay. My personal favorite part is getting Kailer Yamamoto back in the lineup. (Edmonton Journal)

Darnell Nurse will be moved to the top pairing with Adam Larsson. He’s earned it. (Oil on Whyte)

Jeff tells us all about getting back into the winning ways. We’ve had a bad October, how will November go? (Copper&Blue)

The Edmonton Oilers are apparently open to the idea of shipping out Jussi Jokinen and Ryan Strome. It’s a pretty stupid situation. (Oilers Nation)

The rumors drove me to writing about our how bad our pro-scouting is. They apparently didn’t know who they were getting when trading for Strome. (Copper&Blue)

DownGoesBrown has still kept us out of the bottom five teams in the NHL. It’s nice to see that not everyone is ready to go ‘back to the pile’. (Sportsnet)

That’s all for today, feel free to vent frustration in the comments.
