P.K. Subban To Dress For Predators

All-Star defenceman has missed last month with herniated disc

Jerome Miron-USA TODAY Sports

A blueline without both P.K. Subban and Roman Josi was just too good to be true.

The Nashville Predators have activated P.K. Subban from injured reserve, and he expects to be in the lineup against the Oilers tonight in Edmonton.

Subban had missed the previous month of the season with a herniated disc.  The game will be Subban's first since December 15th against Minnesota.

It'll be interesting to see whether or not he's eased back into the lineup, or if he'll play his usual 300 minutes night. Defenceman Alexandre Carrier was assigned to Milwaukee (AHL) to make room for Subban.

Edmonton faces off against P.K. Subban and the rest of the Nashville Predators tonight at 7 PM MDT.  Nashville has won six straight against the Oilers.  Will the Oilers be able to take advantage of a tired Predators club who played last night in Calgary?
