The Oilers have played two terrible games in a row, and they've been outscored by the almost comically lopsided 13-2 in those two games.
In other words, "the weekend".
SCHULTZ SITS
Justin Schultz will be a healthy scratch tonight. When this happened, a wild amount of trade speculation began.
Justin Schultz is a healthy scratch. May end up being dealt but nothing is done yet. Definitely interest in him.

JERSEY RETIREMENT
Martin Brodeur will get his number 30 raised to the rafters tonight at the Prudential Center. Brodeur's career saw him win three Stanley Cups with the Devils, before that really weird moment where he played seven games with the Blues last year. Brodeur's career saw him capture four Vezina trophies, four Jennings trophies, and he captured the Calder Memorial Trophy in his rookie season back in 1993-94.
Can the Oilers finish this road trip at .500? Can they allow less than five goals? Cam Talbot will face off against Cory Schneider tonight. This one starts at 6:00. Here we go.
