Tonight's Storyline

Tonight we'll get a look at the combination of Patrick Maroon, Leon Draisaitl, and Nail Yakupov. This will be Draisaitl's first action of the preseason - he was helping Team Europe to a surprising runner-up finish at the World Cup of Hockey. In his return to the Oilers lineup he'll be joined by two players, Maroon and Yakupov, who have missed time this preseason with injuries and will also be returning to the lineup. Isn't it nice when things like this just work out?
