For the second time in as many nights, the Oilers find themselves on the road taking on a Pacific Division opponent. Last night they played in Vancouver where they lost by a score of 2-1 in overtime, and tonight they're in Calgary to take on the Flames, on of the NHL's hottest teams right now. But even with eight wins in their last ten games the Flames are still just at the Bettman .500 mark for the season. So don't let the recent wins fool you, like the Oilers they're not a very good.
This is the second time this season that the Oilers have played back-to-back games in Calgary and Vancouver. When they last did this the games were played in reverse and the Oilers came away with wins in each game. Despite the setback last night at least the Oilers came away with a point, a must in these divisional games. Tonight the Oilers look to do just a little bit better by knocking off their provincial rival.
