Saw Steve Pinizzotto in hotel lobby. Not sure if call up because of Jordan Eberle's situation,Edm result last night vs. LA or something else

Unless "something else" means Gene conveniently thinks that he and Pinizzotto are coincidentally staying at the same Holiday Inn Express, it appears that the Oilers have recalled forward Steve Pinizzotto from Oklahoma.
Pinizzotto (0-1-1, 1 GP w/ OKC) appeared in six games with the Oilers last year, scoring two assists. He'll grab some fourth line time as the rest of the right side moves up in order to try and compensate for the injury to Jordan Eberle should Eberle not be ready to go tonight.
Richard Bachman To Replace Injured Viktor Fasth In Edmonton http://t.co/5okjvqt4Zo #OKCBarons #Oilers #TXStars

Also joining the club in Arizona for tonight's festivities is goaltender Richard Bachman. Bachman (0-0-1, .900 in one game with OKC) will be Edmonton's number two tonight to replace Viktor Fasth, who left yesterday's game in LA early with a groin injury.
The cliff could get very steep in a hurry if Eberle and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins are out for any length of time.
UPDATE: Viktor Fasth has been placed on IR. Bogdan Yakimov has been sent to OKC.
