That sounds like a standard coaching shtick from Eakins. Bet you Ryan Martindale would rather be "elsewhere" than playing between Moroz and Abney.

I'm glad Claude Noel is confident that Ondrej Pavelec (.905 SV% in 2013, .906 SV% in 2011-12) can help get the Jets into the playoffs. While this quote comes from an article titled "Jets coach Noel believes goaltending must improve", it's reassuring to know a coach not on the Oilers believes a guy with the league's 60th best SV% in 2013 can help anyone do anything.
