A win in Chicago would end Edmonton's four game road trip at 2-2. Although the Blackhawks are the host favourites, there is one key cog that could help the Oilers emerge victorious:
Nikolai Khabibulin.
In a little more than 150 minutes of play, Khabibulin has allowed a dozen goals. Think Devan Dubnyk was bad? Khabibulin's been worse. In Chicago, being an adequate 'tender can get covered up a bit if your team scores six goals. The Oilers have had an issue scoring half that number.
Crawford was the man for Chicago in last night's 5-2 victory over Dallas. We'll see if he gets the green on consecutive nights.
