Shawn Thornton on Nikolai Khabibulin - @kluedeke29
I used to light him up all the time in practice in Chicago, so it should be easy. Should get about 12 tonight.

Bruins’ injury situation leads to Hamill call-up - The Bruins Blog
The Bruins tonight announced they have recalled center Zach Hamill on an emergency basis from their Providence (AHL) farm club.

Stat of the Week - Stanley Cup of Chowder
As of today the Bruins are tied for 5th in Goals per Game (3.00) and are 4th overall in shots per game (33.2) (1st amongst Eastern Conference teams). Also, while it might not be something for most teams to get excited about, the Bruins have climbed into the middle 10 (18th) in PP%.

He will undergo surgery on Wednesday, November 9 at Mass General Hospital in Boston to repair the injury. Dr. Thomas Dodson will conduct the procedure. Ryan Smyth - Shawn Horcoff - Ales Hemsky

The Fourth Line Has Been Dominated - Cult of Hockey
On paper, the fourth line has been upgraded in a big way from the rag-tag group of last season. Ben Eager brings the crash and bang of a Jacques or Stortini, as well as the ability to play a regular shift. With snake-bitten Colin Fraser departed for California, Anton Lander adds not just potential but boosts the scoring threat on the line. Big, capable Lennart Petrell can kill penalties, doesn’t mind the rough stuff, and has looked at times like a defensive gem. Looking at possession and territorial metrics, though, the line isn’t getting the job done.

G15 Oilers at Bruins - Lowetide
Edmonton has about a 5% chance of winning tonight. Bruins aren't all the way healthy but they are skilled, big, mean and Chara.

Game Day "Bruins" - Oilers Jambalaya
I know some are still doubting this team, but c'mon, this team will NOW contend for a playoff spot.
