Edmonton @ Vancouver - Oilers Lineup

As per the Oilers twitter, the line combos for tonight are as follows:

Brule - Gagner - Hemsky

Penner - Cogliano - Eberle

Moreau - Pouliot - Nilsson

Reddox - Macdonald - MacIntyre

Grebeshkov - Motin

Souray - Smid

Young - Taylor

Deslauriers

Dubnyk

Penner - Cogliano - Eberle gets yet another game together, and after their last outing, why not?  They've been the best line in the preseason for the Oilers and Penner's renewed vigor, combined with Cogliano's speed and Eberle's headniness is making that line a bear to play against.

Pouliot gets another shot at center, and it's between two supposed roster players.  Pouliot deserves a chance to make it in that slot.  Brule is going to run on the left side for Gagner and Hemsky - that pairing has looked out of place and uncomfortable and has been stuck in their own zone for shifts at a time against some weaker competition.

Interesting that even though Visnovsky said he would be ready for the weekend, we still don't see a look at him.  Motin will see even more minutes, and the longer he stays around, and paired with guys like Grebeshkov, the longer that he's the guy that will be Quinn's one rookie.
