Roy was brilliant once again, running his save percentage during his streak to .959 and his season save percentage to .927.
#Oilers have recalled forward Milan Kytnar from the ECHL's Stockton Thunder on emergency recall

The Oilers have recalled Milan Kytnar from the Stockton Thunder this morning on an emergency basis to fill in for Ryan O'Marra who is apparently feeling ill. If O'Marra can't go Kytnar will get a chance to play the first NHL game of his career tonight.
This week Olivier Roy went 2-0-0 with a 1.50 goals against and a save percentage of .959, numbers good enough to earn him goaltender of the week honours. Roy made 40 saves in a 3-2 win against the Reign on Friday to earn his first ECHL win and followed that up with 30 saves in a 3-1 victory on Saturday.
Ryan Martindale has an assist and eight shots on goal through his first two games with Stockton. His eight shots are second on the team after right wing Kevin Baker's ten.
Ryan Martindale didn't play in Oklahoma City's opening game of the season, and as it turns out, he may not be playing with the Barons for a while. The team has announced that they've assigned Martindale to Stockton of the ECHL where he'll no doubt get plenty of ice time to work on his game, and potentially adjust to a new position (if the Oilers see him as a winger). As someone who's been pretty bullish on Martindale over the last year, I expect that he'll show well.
San Jose property Tyson Sexsmith made 31 saves for the Stockton Thunder in a 3-1 victory over the Alaska Aces.
Bisaillon was signed to a 3yr contract by the Edmonton Oilers on September 27, 2006, but was not inked to a new contract. As a free agent, he now heads overseas to join the Huskies of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga. He played 2 games for the Oilers during the 2006-07 campaign, registering 3 shots and finished -1.
Parker Van Buskirk continues his impressive run in the Stockton net, making 22 saves in a 3-1 victory to help force a 7th game. He now holds a .911 SV% for the playoff run.
Parker Van Buskirk started his second game and made 30 saves as the Stockton Thunder beat the Ontario Reign 4-2 and took a 3-2 series lead in their first round series.
