Derek Zona over at Oilers blog The Copper & Blue has been doing a great job on the statistical side of the playoffs so far. In this one, he shows the disparity in scoring chances. You might be interested to know that the "gutless" Patrick Marleau led all San Jose forwards in the scoring chance for-to-against ratio with a +5. I think the numbers also really go to show just how dominant the Wings best players have been. Overall, Detroit was outchanced 16-12 in the scoring chance at even-strength department, yet Datsyuk and Zetterberg managed a +4 each.
