I’m just proud of a guy like that, going through treatment. His hair hasn’t grown back; his head’s still bald from the chemo treatments. To come in and do what he did, it was great. It was great to see.”

Brandon Davidson scored two goals in his ECHL debut, the second was the eventual game winner in OT as Stockton beat Ontario 2-1. Hockey aside, lets hope this is a new beginnng for a long, healthy life for this young man.

Edmonton Oilers prospect Martin Marincin gets the most inappropriate sort of revenge: after American forward Jason Zucker makes a bit of a late hit on a Slovakian, Marincin pretty much elbows Zucker in the face at full speed while the puck is on the other side of the rink.
