Tonight marks the annual event in the NHL season that Oilers fans have become all too familiar with. Yes that's right, the 2013 Draft Lottery is being televised at 5:00 PM MST on TSN. And for the first time in 3 years the Edmonton Oilers have a low chance (4.7%) at snagging the first overall pick at the draft. That, coupled with the fact that General Manager Steve Tambellini was unceremoniously relieved of his duties with the club late this season (gone is his draft lottery magic), means that Oilers fans will no longer have to see Tambellini's face grinning on national TV at the result of another failure of a season.
