I have been watching hockey for over 30 years and have no clue what the Swarm is. I have never played organised hockey so I missed the chance to learn about it there. For the life of me I cant identify the swarm as an impact. I just dont see it happening. I rationalised that the Swarm must have been something you learned as a basic play as a kid or a deep hockey secret because pre-internet I hadnt even heard of it.In fact until a few months ago I hadnt even heard about it online, never, anywhere. So maybe some thoughtful hockey player or coach could take the time to explain the Swarm and its history to me.What I do see happening on the ice is a partial implementation of Intuitive Dynamic Managment. I see a managment system being turned half-way on. Intuitive Dynamic Managment is a concept that must be ingrained within the fabric of the system,it must be applied to absolutely everything happening on and off the ice from pre-game prep to final second game managment. Now that I think about it I havent heard anyone talking about Intuitive Dynamic Managment concepts being recognised or applied.I guess it must be the Swarm that I see causing the disconnects on the ice. Maybe the Swarm is limited in application, maybe the Swarms impact is really a much more complicated managment program that has been mis-applied with good intentions by Dallas Eakins.Maybe everyone needs to forget the word Swarm and begin to use the term Intuitive Dynamic Managment, maybe its time to start clarifying some basic definitions. What you are seeing on the ice when what you call the Swarm is happening is more accurately the application of Intuitive Dynamic Managment concepts and tactics.Intuitive Dynamic Managment is more than a single onice tactic,it is both a philosophy and a hands-on managment program. There is a book on it and it can be applied optimally in many more ways than just using the Swarm, whatever the swarm is.Maybe if someone can explain the history of the swarm in response to my plea we can see where it originated, you know get a little closer to the source so we can better understand it and why Intuitive Dynamic Managment is an evolution beyond that single tactical application. I do know that there is a Tactical Shooting Program that is engaged by the implementation of Intuitive Dynamic Managment tactics that would immediatly benefit the Oilers, I dont know what else the swarm has to offer beyond what we have already seen.If I ever learn the long and traditional history of the swarm,if it exists I can read the rest of the book it came from,if there is one and it isnt some kind of phantom that came out of nowhere.I Googled swarm system hockey and didnt see any history to speak of beyond some recent mentions. The swarm looks to be a small part of the NewAge Hockey System,if it is and Dallas and the Oilers dont aknowledge this and ask for the full book on the system then they deserve the fate they are recieving. I dont think there is any new swarm system Dallas Eakins developed at all and I dont see any history on the swarm system anywhere,I do see the Intuitive Dynamic Managment tactics of the NewAge Hockey System being partially implemented on the ice, and I see the disconnects being caused by a lack of ability to take the concepts any further.I created the NewAge Hockey System and coined the term Intuitive Dynamic Managment to fit the impacts the NHS creates.Dallas knows where to find the help he needs to implement the NHS,or he may continue to teach us all the swarm system. Its not Dallas, its not the swarm, and its not Messier either that will optimise this group it is the honest and open application of Intuitive Dynamic Managment concepts that will right the ship, nothing else will do. It all starts with validation, open honest validation, not misrepresentation.Dallas needs to go to the real source of his data to find the right solutions,I ask him, where did the swarm system come from Dallas, was it the NewAge Hockey System and Intuitive Dynamic Managment that catalysed this approach? If it was, what are you waiting for?Maybe the fact that both Dallas and the NHS owe a debt of gratitude to Roger Neilson has brought two similar perspectives together and the NewAge Hockey System is just a better option than the swarm, only Dallas knows, but it is no fluke that the swarm is a partial application of the NHSs Intuitive Dynamic Managment procedures. The NHS uses Intuitive Dynamic Managment to engage a 200ft "swarm',and its called the NewAge Hockey System and it has a history,it is not called the swarm system.Maybe someone will prove me wrong and post a history of the swarm system so we can compare it to the NewAge Hockey System that I created over 3 years ago, specificlly for the Oilers. The NHS can turn this season around, I wonder if the swarm can do that?
