Jason O. Watson-US PRESSWIRE
Against the red hot Sharks the Oilers will be without the services of the only centre who was able to slow them down the last time around.
The Oilers have announced that Shawn Horcoff is not going to be in the lineup tonight when the Oilers take on the Sharks. That announcement triggers a couple of other moves that have been announced via the Oilers Twitter account.
Coach Krueger announces the #Oilers have called up Anton Lander since Shawn Horcoff (sore neck) is out for tonight's game

In order to make room on the #Oilers roster with Lander coming up, fellow Swede Magnus Paajarvi has been sent down to the #OKCBarons

So that means the lineup tonight will include both Anton Lander and Darcy Hordichuk, a situation that is certainly less than ideal. Things get worse for the Oilers though as Lennart Petrell is also a game time decision. Just in case he can't go tonight, the Oilers will skate all seven defenceman in the warmup tonight.
