A report out of Sweeden brings word that Steve Tambellini met with Oscar Klefbom & Co. while overseas for the Under 18 tournament and that they are finalizing details on a 3 year entry-level contract for the young defenseman. The story also states that they have agreed to have Klefbom remain in Sweeden for another season with Färjestad, although they hope to have him come to Edmonton for one of the Oilers' prospect camps before next season begins. Klefbom is quoted as saying that he feels he will have a larger role in Färjestad next season and will also be eligible to play in the WJHC again in December. He re-iterated that his ultimate dream is to play in the NHL and sounded pleased with his relationship with the Oilers.
