Roman Hamrlik is supposedly available leading up to the deadline. After a public spat with coach Dale Hunter, Hamrlik could be had on the cheap. The Dman is signed to a very reasonable deal for next season (due to earn 3.5 mil - only 1 mil more than Barker!) and would bring an infusion of talent at the blue line that Edmonton desperately requires. This is the type of trade Steve Tambellini should be looking into in order to improve the team, not trading Ales Hemsky for a 2nd Pick.
