The Oilers have gotten the results of Jordan Eberle's MRI, and it looks like he'll be out of the lineup for two or three weeks, which should mean that he'll return after the All-Star break. As a potential All-Star himself, it will be interesting to see if this keeps Eberle out of the game.

At this rate, we may see Pitlick or Hamilton suit up for the Oilers this year.

I’d love to get a chance to see Milan Kytnar.

It’s crazy that the Barons have held on to this point.

In the game at Ricoh, Vandervelde, Hamilton, and Tyrvainen were the 4th line, and could all play a line higher in the AHL. Plus, Keller and Omark were out with injury.

OKC is deep at forward.

They’ve dug up a lot of serviceable plugs on defence though. They need another defenceman in the worst way.

Being in the Western Conference should be enough to keep him out of the All-Star game.

That’s not terrible. I was fearing an ACL or MCL tear, and in that case he would’ve been gone for the season.

Only a beaten man would be happy with 3 weeks ;)

That could’ve been a lot worse. A lot.
