Sheldon Souray on Unconditional Waivers

The Edmonton Oilers have placed Sheldon Souray on unconditional waivers, presumably with the intention of buying him out. But with the cap floor rising, and Souray's cap hit $0.9M higher than his salary on the last year of his contract, it's at least possible that a team looking to spend under the salary floor might actually claim him.
