Leading up to the Stanley cup finals, all of the local news, national and even international news saying that the Vancouver Canucks are Canada's team. Today's stories now say that most Canadians are not in favor of the Canucks winning the cup tonight so I wanted to take it to a poll. It's easy to make blanket statements and say that Canadians are or aren't cheering for the Canucks, but the people who say something either way usually don't mind if people know what they are saying. So, with this anonymous poll, you now have the opportunity to say who you really want to win tonight.

If you are cheering for the Canucks, and you would like to share your reasons in the comment section below, I would love to hear them. If you are cheering for the Boston Bruins, I would love to hear that as well. For me, I've always liked Boston, even though I love the Habs as well. I also see it that the cup will spend more days in Canada this summer than if the Canucks win. It's not that I have a lot of hatred towards Vancouver or the Canucks, they're just not my favourite team. Now, how about that poll?
