Edmonton Oilers prospect Drew Czerwonka and the Kootenay Ice are the 2010-11 WHL Champions after defeating the Portland Winterhawks four games to one. This is the third WHL championship for the Kootenay Ice in franchise history. The next step for the Ice is the Memorial Cup in Mississauga Ontario. This Ice will be playing this year's tournament with the OHL's Mississauga St. Michael's Majors and Owen Sound Attack, and either the Saint John Sea Dogs or Gatineau Olympiques from the QMHL.
