Peter Stastny tore into Avs management for the Johnson - Stewart trade today. Do his statements reflect how Paul feels about the trade and the direction the Avs are taking? If so, does this put Paul in play?
Paul is a legit 1st line centre in the NHL who score points and wins face offs (53.5% this season). He seems to have put his injury history behind him. His salary and cap hit are $6.6M.
How good would Paul look between Hall and Eberle? Would Hemsky for Paul be the start of a workable deal? These are questions Tambi should be asking himself this morning...
