Oilers Offered Boogaard $7.0 Million

I think the title of this piece should read: “Larry Brooks says Oilers offered Boogaard $7.0 MM”.
That would be Larry “Can you get that through your head, Brookisie?” Brooks, right? His rep for reporting accuracy isn’t the greatest.
