Three Oiler drafts have been invited to the World Junior Development Camp that will be held this summer. Olivier Roy was cut from the team last year but heads to camp as the oldest goaltender and has a very good chance at winning the starting job come December. Curtis Hamilton also received an invitation to camp. This comes as a bit of a surprise considering Hamilton's injuries and sub-par offensive performance last season (Brett Connolly, for instance, didn't make the list). Nonetheless, what a great opportunity to get back on track! Taylor Hall was also invited, but has decided not to attend, thinking that he'll be an important cog on the Edmonton Oilers by the time the tournament rolls around.
